HOW TO WATCH FREE NRL ONLINE LIVE STREAM ?

Note: Read this with fun, hahaha

I didn't know it was that long as i was responding to my friends curiosity on this question above...
I will just share it as i wrote it,... have a laugh as you read and hopefully it can be of any use to you

..............................................................................

I had to write this up for all you beggars who do not have a TV at home or for some reason destroyed your TV, i don't know but that is your problem

How to watch FREE NRL matches (unfortunately not all games, don't ask me why? it depends on their schedule)

Well the important thing to know is NOTHING IS ACTUALLY FREE (sorry about the misleading title)

Anyway, my point, well you will get to watch it free but not FOREVER.
Ok now, what was i trying to say????

Ah right, so basically there are TV stations in Australia that offer FREE viewing of NRL matches over their Live Stream feed.

The most popular one is Channel 9 (www.9now.com.au), there are others also (mi les long hat wok painim ol, yupela yet igo searchim)

Ok, so, the thing is that 9now.com.au is only FREE in Australia and not outside Australia. According to their website, they do not have international streaming rights. Their server can detect your location via your IP Address and filter your connection out.

Now the way around is to use a Virtual Private Network (VPN) that is using a Australian base server so you will be given an Australian IP address. And boom it magically comes on just like that. 9now.com.au comes on, you just register using your email or Facebook or gmail, whatever, it is up you, and you can watch the live TV stream free.

Unfortunately, I had to repeat it, sorry you beggars, VPN are not FREE. You have to buy
But but but,

There are some VPN offering FREE trial version with limited duration, like seven days and there are some that give FREE limited data bundle. After all, it's not FREE forever, they just want to lure you into buying it eventually. Some require that you enter your bank card details inorder to allow you to try their free service.

Others, you only create an account with them and off you go. (And again, mi no laik hat wok painim aut wanem name blong VPN ya stret, yupla igat internet, it's everywhere on google hahaha)

Fortunately for you, i am kind enough so will tell you two VPN to try (send me K5 flex to thank me later, that is if even care)

1) Tunnel Bear
It does not require your bank card details. Just create an account and boom you are connected. Make sure to connect to an australian server. But it has a limited 500MB data bundle https://www.tunnelbear.com/download

2) Hide My Ass
For this one you have to register using your Bank card. It's unlimited Data bundle but it's only FREE for 7 days. And again be sure to select an australian server
https://www.hidemyass.com

Ok, that is enough.

Now the WARNINGS!
WARNINGS! WARNINGS!
BE WARE! KISIM WAS!

If you are to select a free feature of any VPN ensure the VNP you select has "no-log" feature where it doesn't data-mine your information. That is if you are planning to use your current everyday use computer. Otherwise, use another scrap computer for that. And don't use your regular work computer. Unless, you don't even care! (Em Hevi blong yu yet)
And most possibly if you use a paid plan of the VPN, i think you get good features of the service... (noken blame mi if it is not true, you get your money worth).

The cheapest one is as low as $1.99 (that is about K6.99) per month
well, a simple google search on the cheapest VPN gives you this
Surfshark - from $1.99 a month.
CyberGhost - from $2.75 a month.
Private Internet Access - from $3.33 a month.
NordVPN - from $3.49 a month.
ExpressVPN - 49% off and 3 months free.

Do your own further research to select one. Ensure it has a server in Australia in order to watch www.9now.com.au

And the bonus answer to the bonus question. Does it apply to phone as well as computers? The Short Answer is Yes (just the kind of Kramer response)

And the long answer? Well, you have to check the VPN website, most should have a version for Windows, Android, Mac etc... chose the right one for your device, install it and off you go...

ALL THE BEST! And take care when you are on VPN

Happy Watching!
