 10 STEP - Watch state of origin FREE online on your phone

Previously i shared tips on how to watch NRL online for FREE but it was way too long and most people got lost along the way. Well, good news for you, now i am going to make it short and sharp with image illustrations.

We will use the "Tunnel Bear" app on your mobile phone or the software on your PC and the Australia's Channel Nine live stream at www.9now.com.au

Without much delay, lets get straight into it. 

1) First of all, ensure you have a working email address. Make sure you can access your email. you can either do this on your phone or via your computer. the images in this article is based on Android installation but you can also use your computer

 

2) Go to Google Playstore and search for "TunnelBear".. and click install

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 3) After installation click on Open to run the App

 

4) When it runs for the first time, you will see this screen. It requires you to register first. Now you need to have a valid email address in order to continue. Enter your email and preferred password. Make sure to check your email to properly activate your account.

 

 

5) onces activate you will be able to login. When you log in, you will see this screen. Before you Switch TunnelBear on, you have to ensure the country selected is Australia. so first, click on the option below, "Change Countries here"

 

6) When you click "Change countries here" you will get this. Select "Australia"

 

7) Now you will see it making an attempt to connect to australia

 

8) you will get this notification, just click "OK"

 

9) And when you see the connection established, HOORAY! you are 80% there. you have one last thing to do

10) Now this is the final thing to do. With the connection established, now open a browser and type in this url www.9now.com.au

from there, similarly, create an account using your email address, go into your email and activate the account. Then log into 9now.com.au.

you should be able to watch Australia Channel 9 for free.

The only limitation is that, you are using trial version of TunnelBear that only gives 500MB free. This means once the 500MB is used, you will be required to pay to continue or you will be disconnected.

the good news is, 500MB is good enough for you to watch the whole 80mins of State of Origin.

One tip, for the next game, use a different phone.
