Loose weight tip when buying foods on the shelves

All packaged food on the shelves are labeled with "per 100g" of the nutrient content. This is by law so consumers can compare and choose what they consume.

BUT ARE WE DOING IT? or are we only deciding based on the price and how good it taste and feels?

Most processed food have too much added nutrients to make the product sell. Profit Oriented. Many times this tend to be more than what the body needs. consuming more overtime could lead to lifestyle diseases like diabetic, cancer and others...

Here is a Health tip when choosing (ref: Queensland Health Advise)
Low FAT: less 5g,
LOW SUGAR: less 6g,
LOW SALT: less 300g,
HIGH FIBER: 3g or more.

Next time, don't just look at the price to choose. Check the nutrients content.
